About the Fund:
The fund specializes in supporting mid-market businesses through strategic investments and operational excellence. With a focus on sectors including growth industries and transformational businesses, the team is dedicated to driving meaningful impact and sustainable returns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed due diligence and financial analysis to evaluate potential investments.
• Develop and refine financial models to support transaction execution and portfolio management.
• Assist in the end-to-end deal process, collaborating closely with the investment team.
• Provide actionable insights through comprehensive market and business research.
Preferred Background:
• Professional experience in M&A or Transaction Services, ideally gained at a Big4 firm, a top-tier consultancy or in Investment Banking.
• Strong technical skills, including advanced financial modeling and analysis.
• A high degree of commercial acumen, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with the Irish market and the ability to cultivate strong local networks.

This role is based in Dublin, and we are particularly interested in candidates with a strong connection to Ireland or those considering relocating back to the region.
